My sister Melanie (Mel) was recently diagnosed with breast cancer in her right breast. She is hopefully having surgery soon to remove the tumor in the breast, and one or more lymph nodes under her right arm-pit (to check if cancer has spread to her lymphatic system). Please pray that the breast cancer hasn't spread to her lymph nodes or any where else in her body. After the operation she has to undergo five weeks of radiation (5 days a week). She just turned 45 years old, and is a single mom of two boys, 14 and 9 years old. She is a born again Christian, but she is a 'baby Christian' in her faith and walk with God. She has been an overall negative person for many years, but there's no doubt she wants to live a long life to finish raising her children and enjoy watching her future grandchildren grow. She is my only sibling, and I love her so much. I am a strong christian and I'm standing on the Word of God for her complete healing and a long life for my dear sister.
