In 2014 I WAS ON MY WAY TO WORK . ALONG THE WAY . My WIFE & I STOPPED TO GET GAS. IN HER CAR-SHORTLY AFTER PULLING INTO THE SERVICE STATION . I FELL OUT ! Do to a STROKE 30 SECONDS LATER BOOM!!! I’ve Been hit with an HEART ATTACK !!!!

Having increasing severe chronic pain especially in left shoulder and neck and headaches. Have 2 herniated discs and may have to have surgery. Also suffer from fibromyalgia, Lyme disease, etc. for 29 years now. Just so weary of it all.
