I had a really bad meltdown with family yesterday. There was a lot a screaming, along with rage and people just being hurt. I was the target of the majority of it and a lot of things were said to me that made me have flashbacks to my own abuse. I cried for a total of 9 hours last night, untill I fell to sleep, and woke up this morning so sick I almost couldnt breathe thought my head would explode. An aunt rushed me to an emergency clinic and they ran some tests. Apparently my immune system isn't working properly due to the stress I’ve been under and I have a really bad virus. I have medications to take and have been told to rest. I’m currently in a safe house to keep myself away from the danger and to keep the danger from getting to me, as there have been death threats. Please pray for healing, physically, mentally, and emotionally, and also for safety for myself and my cousins as they have also had multiple death threats.
Last night I was suicidal. I didnt do anything, and I’m better now, but it scared me a lot to be back in that place. So more prayer for mental and emotional healing regarding that.
